1. what we collect

if you write to us, we receive the name, email, and message you send. if you acquire a piece, we receive the public wallet address used for settlement, the transaction reference, and the shipping details required to send the garment.

2. what we do not collect

we do not take card numbers or bank credentials. we do not ask for seed phrases or private keys. anyone who does is not the maison.

3. on-chain data

token transfers are public by design. wallet activity visible on the chain is not personal data we control, and we cannot erase it.

4. use

we use correspondence to reply. we use settlement and shipping data to complete an order and to keep a record of editions. we do not sell this information.

5. retention

messages are kept as long as needed to answer them. order records are kept as long as needed for delivery, accounting, and any duty the law imposes.
